WVEC is reporting that Seven City Rickshaws, known throughout Virginia Beach, will now operate out of downtown Norfolk.

Norfolk City Council approved of an ordinance allowing them to operate downtown in time for OpSail 2012. This will provide yet another low-cost way to get around downtown as passengers can't be charged more than $2 a block, $25 per half-hour or $45 per hour.
