| Wainwright Building will bring over 120 units downtown |
The foot traffic of downtown residents would mean a lot to businesses. More establishments would stay open later and on weekends to accommodate customers. In addition, downtown residents would demand more amenities nearby, such as a grocery store. There's even a petition to bring Whole Foods downtown (See Facebook Page). This all indirectly contributes to a more vibrant downtown area.

ReplyDeleteAlways good to see...just make the rent somewhat manageable IMO. Something not much more than what you can find in Ghent (min. $800 for a 1 BR)
