Rockefeller Deal Could Be Up Next

According to US Development, we could be seeing some movement within the next 60 days on this project, with a closing in March.  The plan is to turn the 100-year old Union Mission into an apartment complex called The Rockefeller.

The Rockefeller will include over 120 boutique apartments with rents starting in the high $800s for studio and one-bedroom apartments and up to $1,770 for two-bedroom apartments. See below for additional conceptual photos.
