Norfolk Consolidated Courts Complex Photo Update - 3/21/13

I was downtown this afternoon and snagged some progress shots of the Norfolk Consolidated Courts Complex.  The facade has gone up in no time.

The total cost for this project is $123.3 million and it is scheduled for full completion by October 2015.
