70,000 Passengers Used Norfolk Amtrak So Far

Inside Business is reporting that the new Amtrak route out of Norfolk has been used by more than 70,000 passengers over the first six months of service.


The train out of Norfolk travels through St. Petersburg, Richmond, D.C., Baltimore, Philly, New York, and Boston.  Currently, passengers are using a temporary trailer as the station at Harbor Park, while construction crews have been busy building the permanent station for use this fall.
