I haven't posted many progress shots of this project but it looks like they're starting to work on the first floor towards the back of the complex.
The $12 million residential project will be six stories tall and will include 71 apartments, with a 55 space parking garage underneath. The building will feature a pool, fitness center and two outdoor terraces/gardens.
Part of this development's proposal includes is the installation of a sky bridge that would connect 416 Boush St. with additional Buddy Gadams properties at 411 and 401 Granby St. The below photo shows a portion of the old one. |
