Rockefeller Deal Falls Through

So much for the Rockefeller.  After four years of delays in negotiations to renovate the Union Mission into apartments downtown, a deal with U.S. Development has fallen through.
The Rockefeller was to include over 120 boutique apartments with rents starting in the high $800s for studio and one-bedroom apartments and up to $1,770 for two-bedroom apartments. U.S. Development was never able to come up with the funding to get the project off the ground.

Buddy Gadams, please stand up…
