WVEC recently ran a story on some of the Cordish projects to give an idea of how things could look. Specifically, they looked at the Power Plant in Baltimore and Xfinity in Philly and spoke with Cordish employees on how they typically approach their properties.

While I was leaning towards the Harvey Lindsay proposal for Waterside, you gotta say that if done properly, Norfolk would definitely benefit from this. Having just come back from DC and visiting the new National Harbor over in Maryland, it's pretty obvious seeing the natural attraction people have to entertainment on the water.
