Urban Outfitters Ribbon Cutting Announced

The new Urban Outfitter's on Granby St. will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony at 9:30 AM on Thursday, July 26^th.  The store will be the first one in Hampton Roads and the hope is that this store will spawn future retail development throughout Granby St.
