Riverview Lofts Just About Done

Fort Norfolk has long been a section of Norfolk with great developmental potential.  Slowly but surely, it's starting to realize it.  Recently, the old Krisp-Pak Building was converted into a large residential complex, known as the Riverview Lofts, with sweeping views of the Elizabeth River.

The 85,000 square foot building has been converted into 81 one and two-bedroom units.  Features of the building include a rooftop pool and deck, along with a workout area.

The Riverview Lofts are also a hop, skip and jump away from the Fort Norfolk Tide Light Rail Station at Colley Ave. and Brambleton Ave.  Hopefully, this development spurs some retail and new restaurants in this area.
