Another Downtown Apartment Building?

According to an email flier from the Norfolk Department of Development, the recent influx of apartments in Downtown Norfolk may continue.   An additional apartment building may be on the way to Boush Street, next to School of Rock.

The flyer lists the location at 416 Boush Street and says it would include 71 new units.  Currently, the location is a surface lot.  There hasn't been any mention of this building yet in any of the city planning or design meetings.  So more to come as info is released on this project.
