According to Alt Daily, the much anticipated 80/20 Burger Bar will open its doors to burger-loving patrons this week at the location of the old "Boot" at 123 W. 21st St. in Ghent.

According to it's Facebook page, "80/20 (the proper lean to fat ratio for a burger) Burger Bar will provide grass-fed, organic beef supplied from local (Virginia and North Carolina) farms and presented in an eclectic, well-priced manner." They will also carry a variety of sandwiches, soups and salads that have a southern flavor with the goal of supporting local farmers.
