Gadams' Apartment Complexes Could All Connect

As everyone knows by now, developer Buddy Gadams has taken downtown Norfolk by storm with an influx of apartment complexes either currently in development or near development.  According to Inside Business, some of them could be connected via a system of land bridges.

Ground is about to break at 401 Granby St., a five story, mixed-use building with 65 luxury apartments and first-floor retail space.  Plans have also been announced for 416 Boush St., another five-story building with 71 apartments and ground-level parking.  Both buildings will be built simultaneously.

Gadams also owns 411 Granby St., which is another mixed-use 49 apartment complex with Plaza Azteca on the first floor.  The plan would be to connect this building to 401 Granby St. via a 10-foot sky bridge.  Then a 30-foot sky bridge, which already exists behind 411 Granby St., would connect it to 416 Boush St.
