I was able to get downtown last night and snap some progress shots of the ongoing demolition in preparation for the 416 Boush Street apartments. The lot is almost entirely leveled.
The $12 million residential project will be six stories tall and will include 71 apartments, with a 55 space parking garage underneath. The building will feature a pool, fitness center and two outdoor terraces/gardens.
Part of this development's proposal includes is the installation of a sky bridge that would connect 416 Boush St. with additional Buddy Gadams properties at 411 and 401 Granby St. The below photo shows a portion of the old one.
