Additional Apartments Downtown by Gadams

As discussed last week, developer Buddy Gadams is in the process of scooping up all kinds of property downtown and is trying to turn the former Madison Hotel on Granby St. into high-end apartments.  According to the Pilot, he's also interested in do the same for the Franklin Condominiums on Brambleton Ave.

Gadams has been working on these acquisitions for the last six months and they are projected to add another 100 apartments downtown. 

The Madison would feature 78 luxury apartments with retail on the first floor.  As with the other Gadams projects, amenities would include a workout facility, clubhouse, office center and on-site management.  The Franklin Condominiums already consist of 19 fairly new condos, which Gadams will turn into apartments
