James Madison Hotel To Transform Into Apartments?

Looks like Buddy Gadams might be at it again.  Tomorrow night, city council will vote on Gadam's bid to purchase the historic James Madison Hotel off Granby St. and turn it into 78 apartments.


 Gadams has really been making his presence known downtown as of late.  He's about to wrap up construction on the Wainwright Apartments in September and has started residential construction at 401 Granby and 416 Boush, both expected to be complete next spring.  If the Madison project is approved, in total, he'll be bringing approximately 450 rental units downtown.
