7-11 Coming Downtown

It appears Downtown Norfolk will be getting a 7-11 in the near future as it plops down in one of the retail spots of the new Wells Fargo Center on Monticello Ave.

Downtown needs more of these places of convenience for its residents so that they don't need to get into their car and drive to get necessary day-to-day items.

So far, the Wells Fargo Center has been pretty successful since opening in 2010.  In addition to office space, there is a Buffalo Wild Wings, a great gourmet restaurant/caterer Bite, and later this year, a frozen yogurt joint and Asian bistro.
