Monticello Chick-Fil-A Design Released

Not much news recently with the Fourth of July holiday, but there was something new on the Norfolk City Planning Commission's webpage under the agenda for their July meeting.  City Council recently approved of a new Chick-Fil-A Monticello Ave. in Norfolk and now the design plans are up.

The location kind of rides the fence in between Ghent and one of the "not so nice" areas of town.  By the look of the plans, this could help clean up that individual block at the very least, which is currently an open field of dirt and weeds.  Not sure of a timetable for when construction is supposed to commence.
