The western end of 21st St. in Ghent near Hampton Blvd. may soon be getting a face-lift (think near Tap House). If you’ve driven by there, you can see a number of warehouses with loading docks. Now a company will look to transform these buildings into mixed use.
In looking at the plans (click here), it seems they may develop some restaurant space as well. These plans have been submitted to the Norfolk Department of Planning and Community Development for review during the July Meeting. Hopefully, it gets approved.
