Towne Bank To Replace Old BP Station On Colley

According to an Application for Design Review as part of the agenda for the August 5th Design Review Committee meeting, a Towne Bank branch will take over the lot of the old BP Station on Colley Ave.

From the application's project description:

"Project consists of a 3700 sq. ft. building with two drive-thru lanes, decorative paver parking spaces, brick perimeter screen wall and enhanced streetscape improvements including tree wells, pavers, and exposed aggregate walkways."
